Thank you grown up helpers!

Writer: paintandplaynh2paintandplaynh2

This week in science we have been having a blast with our volcano lessons. We made paper mache (egual parts flour and water) and dipped newspaper strips in to make our own volcanos with a plastic cup and cardboard circle. Of course we followed with vinegar/baking soda practice eruptions.

Next week we will continue the lesson by painting our volcanos realistic colors using a book to guide us.

A huge thank you to the grown ups and big kids who stayed after class to help clean up the jars and flour and water everywhere. Science is so much fun and sometimes so messy!

Here are some of our volcanos and some friends making paper mache!
